1. Arrival and Opening Ceremony:

  • Arrival on the 7th is flexible; as long as it’s before 10 AM
  • The opening ceremony will be held at 4:30 pm.

2. Certificate Distribution & Departure:

  • Certificates will be distributed on the 30th.
  • Departure is scheduled after breakfast on the same day.

3. If you'd like to arrive early or extend your stay

  • No problem! There's an option available for that. You'll just need to pay a little extra per day.

Yoga Experience: While prior yoga experience is not mandatory, it is beneficial to be somewhat familiar with yoga practice and its basic postures.

Over the course period our teachers would ensure that you are all set to be a certified yoga teacher. It is mandatory that you complete all 6 modules of the course. The assesment will be conducted in 3 segments: oral, written and practical. Though we call it ‘evaluation’, the process doesn’t have the stress of an examination. Vegetarian balanced meals are offered to the students to nourish their body, mind, and soul. To cope up with the intensive training, the meals are served thrice a day and accompany refreshing herbal tea and drinks. The meals are prepared mindfully under the vigilance of Ayurveda Professionals.

Hygiene and nutrition are given top priority at our school; therefore, fresh ingredients are used for every meal. Our special Ayurveda recipes will ensure that you are well-fed and getting the right nutrition. If you’re a vegan please notify us in advance and our chefs would love to serve you with the same.

Light and protein-rich foods such as salads, toast, porridge, nuts, etc are served for Breakfast. Lunch includes a traditional Ayurvedic thali with chapati, rice, lentils, vegetables, and yogurt. Dinner is a combination of cooked vegetables and Ayurvedic food.

  • After a successful transaction, we will send you a confirmation email with booking details and also a link to make the remaining payment if any.
  • When your deposit is made, your spot in the batch and the accommodation is confirmed. Kindly note that the deposit is non-refundable.
  • You may pay the remaining amount upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking 10 days prior to the course start date, the deposited will be forfeited however the remaining amount will be refunded back or will be given the option to transfer the booking to a different date.

Any cancellations on or after the 10th day prior to the course start date will be 100% non-refundable.
